Education Advocate Training: Stand up for Students
While schools face budget shortfalls, students struggle with a tumultuous school year, and the movement for racial justice grows, the time to stand up for students is here.

If we are going to ensure that state resources are prioritized to support the students who need them most, our community members, educators, students, and families must speak out in support of public education.

This education advocate training hosted by Stand for Children Washington will build your knowledge of the issues impacting Washington public school families, provide a forum for sharing your concerns, and develop your advocacy skills like meeting with an elected official and preparing public testimony.

Please register for only one of the below dates. This training will have computer-generated English captions and live Spanish translation may be provided upon request at least 3 days in advance (must connect via a computer or Zoom smartphone to access translation).
Meeting is over, you can not register now. If you have any questions, please contact Meeting host: Darcelina Soloria.
